Escampar la Boira was born at Can Buch, a farmhouse dating back to 1621, restored using natural materials and traditional techniques, and rooted in a slower, more conscious way of life connected to the land, in a natural setting in La Garrotxa.
In the Llémena Valley, Can Buch is now a living space where sustainability is not an idea, but a daily practice: renewable energy, permaculture, regenerative agriculture, and respect for the balance between people, animals, and the environment, making it an ideal place to enjoy ecotourism in La Garrotxa.
Our natural products are born from this place. Handcrafted, limited-production creations that share the same philosophy: caring for the land, respecting its rhythms, and taking care of ourselves through what we eat, drink, and share.
